2B – Anti-futures
Overview
At the second step we investigate what threats, trends, ideas and even black swans are there that could have lead us to write the eulogy. We use the future cone to map them out into the future and when might they have happened. In practice, teams brainstorm and discuss these anti-futures together and put them in time, on the cone.
