2B – Anti-futures
Overview
At the second step we investigate what threats, trends, ideas and even black swans are there that could have lead us to write the eulogy. We use the future cone to map them out into the future and when might they have happened. In practice, teams brainstorm and discuss these anti-futures together and put them in time, on the cone.

Depending on your theme, feel free to use the Y-axis on your canvas to map out additional factors. These can be anything from generic group/individual to anything more specific.
