Overview
We start by crafting the vision statement of our future. What is the optimal future we want, and how does it look like?
Facilitation tip 1
Writing vision statements is hard work. If you sense this feels like a mental leap for the participants, encourage proactively writing a counter statement to previous threats.
Facilitation tip 2
High level vision statements can often be fluffy and inactionable. Encourage the participants to make hard choices about what to leave out, and what to focus.
